• generate AI explanations, summaries, lessons, labs, and study history;

• debug, protect, and improve the service.

To provide the service, we may send relevant prompts, uploaded content, and context to AI providers. We also use trusted providers for authentication, database hosting, payments, email, analytics, and app hosting.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run Vizo AI, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect users and the service.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Vizo AI does not store full card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process billing information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use cookies and browser storage for login sessions, theme preferences, curriculum preferences, security, and product functionality.

We keep account, learning, billing, and support information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate records.

Vizo AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that happened, contact us and we will review the account.
