Vizo AI is an educational technology service by Edxmorung that helps students understand STEM questions, summaries, practice, and related study workflows.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you should use Vizo AI with permission from a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Vizo AI provides AI-generated educational explanations. The service is not a substitute for a teacher, school, exam board, or professional advice.

AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking important work before relying on it.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may submit questions, text, photos, summaries, and related learning material. You are responsible for having the right to submit that content.

You give Vizo AI permission to process your submitted content so we can provide solutions, summaries, learning history, safety checks, support, and service improvements.

You agree not to misuse Vizo AI, including by:

• breaking laws, school policies, or exam rules;
• uploading content that is harmful, illegal, abusive, or violates someone else's rights;
• trying to access other users' accounts or private data;
• reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the service;
• using the service to create cheating, impersonation, or deceptive activity.

Free and paid plans may include usage limits such as monthly problem counts, image upload access, summaries, labs, or priority processing. Paid billing is handled by our payment providers.

We may change plans, limits, or pricing prospectively. If you have a paid plan, cancellation and renewal terms are shown during checkout or in your account settings.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. When we make important changes, we will update the date on this page and may notify users through the app or email.

Vizo AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that every answer will be correct, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the extent allowed by law, Vizo AI and Edxmorung are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to use of the service.
